This is a demanding but also rewarding role, where you work as part of a team to turn around challenging customer situations. As an elite team member, you will constantly grow and develop your technical, application and personal skillset to accommodate evolving technologies and practices.The business communication skills and professional mindset would be key aspects to drive this role.
- Analyze issues in the context of the customer’s business process and solution landscape to identify what caused the issue
- Host and conduct meetings with professional business communication skills to ensure that action plans are drafted and be driven by relevant stakeholders
- Support senior experts to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults while learning new technologies and troubleshooting techniques
- Support senior experts in handling customer escalations
- Provide support to resolve customer incidents and fulfil customer requests
- Troubleshoot / Debug to identify issues and root causes while helping to find possible solutions
- Complete assignments within the constraints of time and scope
- Follow Knowledge Articles, IFS documentations, Community Topicsto acquire knowledge and help to resolve recurring work items.
- Takethe lead on own assignments
- Actively help peers to complete team work on time
- Actively participate in communications with stakeholders
- Extract productive outputs from technical discussions and turn to KBAs
- Lead and manage stakeholder and expert meetings while receivingand documenting updates
- Document guides, lessons learntand create knowledge based articles (KBA)
This is open for undergraduate students following a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business or following an equivalent qualification, and who are seeking internshipopportunities.
- Professional fluency (written and verbal) in Englishlanguage
- Good business communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to apply expertise & technology to achieve work objectives
- Problem-solving skills, analytical skills and technicalmindset
- Ability to host and coordinate meetings regularly
- Ability to document guides and create knowledge based articles
- Basic understanding on ERP solutions /IT and Business Solutions
- Strong team player who is able to work with global teams with flexible time management
