Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective marketing and communication strategies that align with ANC’s goals and objectives
- Develop marketing communication material across print publications and various digital
Platforms, social media/websites, etc
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of all marketing and communication activities and reporting the same to the management on a regular basis
- Plan and implement targeted events and BTL campaigns to generate leads across all programs
- Work closely with the admissions team, faculty and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are coordinated and implemented according to overall organizational goals
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
Job Requirements
• Should possess suitable qualifications the job demands - a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ CIM will be a definite advantage
• A proven track record with at least 5 years of experience
• Previous experience in the education sector or in a service-related institution will give you an edge
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively
• Able to manage a team, conduct appropriateness on ad creatives, and proof-read final creatives
• Both analytical and practical approach to carrying out tasks with a positive, results-driven attitude
