Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide technical leadership to Global Enterprise customers, ensuring secure, optimized, and healthy environments in both AWS and Azure through proactive and consultative services, delivered remotely or on-premises.
- Offer guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, solution and architecture reviews, and provide remote and dedicated support services across AWS and Azure environments.
- Implement, automate, and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions within Microsoft Azure and AWS using their respective portals and services.
- Apply best practices for Cloud Infrastructure and Operating Systems management across both AWS and Azure environments.
Qualification & Experience
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Management Console, and Azure Portal.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Windows Active Directory (AD), and AWS
- Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Core knowledge of storage, networking, and compute in AWS Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) or Azure IaaS.
- Strong one-on-one customer engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Internal Support and Product Support teams.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and support experience.
- AWS or Azure certifications are desirable.
- Skills in following technologies would be considered desirable:
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms.
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch, AWS Config, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git Source Control, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Containers/Docker.
- Experience with Terraform Templates (Infrastructure as Code), AWS CLI, Azure CLI, PowerShell, Bash, Python, and configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Expertise in Windows and Linux administration.
- Excellent communication skills and passion learn and grow with the company.
