Responsibilities
- Work with product owners, business subject matter experts and department heads to elicit business requirements and translate the into technical/functional requirements.
- Facilitate discussions between business users & developers using appropriate analysis tools such as wireframes and flow diagrams to ensure that business functionality requirements are captured properly.
- Develop FRS, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts based on user requirements for developers and testers to follow.
- Collaborate with the development, quality assurance, and designing teams to ensure that the built solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- BSc. In Software Engineering/Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized university/institute.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Analysis in a software development environment. PMI-PBA or any other professional certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
