We’re looking for a Google Ads Manager to join an exciting venture-backed, US-based B2C consumer tech startup (similar to Airbnb). You’ll be responsible for owning all Google paid ad strategies, with the primary goal being to drive user acquisition while lowering CPAs/CAC.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of all Google ads campaigns and strategies
- Regularly analyze and monitorperformance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, CPM, CPC, etc.) and fully manage campaigns
- Regularly track campaign performanceto optimize,refine, and iterate oncampaign strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience managing Google ads for a B2C tech startup
- Deep experience with Google Ads Manager
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
