We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing team. You will work closely with the marketing team to create effective, eye-catching graphics and compelling content to generate more leads for the brand.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop compelling graphics.
• Create and design various materials for digital and print.
• Ensure design projects are completed in a timely manner with quality output.
• Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the company.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications.
• Create visualizations that accurately convey the brand’s messaging.
Job Qualifications and Skill Set:
• HND, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in a creative field.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design. Video editing skills would be an added advantage.
• Experience with both print and digital media.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with the ability to deliver quality designs within short notice.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
