Job Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and transactions.
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
- Prepare BAS, IAS, and GST returns.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Improve accounting processes.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance from a recognized university.
- Fully qualified in AAT, and partly qualified in ICASL (Corporate Level), CMA, ACCA, or CIMA, working towards full qualification with a strong educational background.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably with audit exposure.
- Experience in Australian accounting and bookkeeping within a reputed BPO organization, with proficiency in Xero being an advantage.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in Australian accounting and taxation
