Key Responsibilities
- Following up on US air import shipments.
- Coordinating with US airline representatives and GHA’s for shipment pickup arrangements and problem-solving.
- Coordinating with respective brokerage parties to acquire clearance.
- Coordinating with warehouses for specific customer sorting requirements and setting up delivery arrangements to customer doors.
- Responding to customer inquiries & and sharing daily status reports with key customers.
- Co-relating with origins to solve problems of any US air import shipment.
- Auditing files and billing to customers with 100% accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- A graduate/undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Logistics/Supply chain /Management/IT
- Fluency in English (speaking / writing)
- Conversant with MS Office packages
- Ability to work in the US working hours
