How you will spend your summer:

• Interns in our Data, Analytics, and Personalization team will actively contribute to real-world projects involving inflight entertainment and connectivity. They'll assist in data analysis, support machine learning initiatives, and aid in personalization strategies.
• Projects may include refining content recommendation systems, analyzing passenger preferences, and exploring innovative ways to enhance the overall inflight experience.

Qualifications:

• The Intern will develop AI/ML Based solution to help resolve operations tickets resolution time by 35%.
• Use LLM in PULSE project to identify issues before customer
• Undergraduate, Python, SQL, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, LLM (Large Language Models), Statistics.
• Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA office 3 times a week
