We are looking for a focused and passionate individual to work with our experienced support team as an intern. He will get hands-on training on AWS and cloud based systems state of the art hardware software and information security practices.
The ideal candidate we seek should have:
- Enrolled in a university degree/diploma program on a relevant field
- A knack for troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Knowledge on websites, domains, online tools
- Exposed on Linux, Windows Services
- Ability to perform software and operating system upgrades
- Knowledge of firewall technologies and network monitoring (Switching, routing, firewalls) would be advantages
- Hardware/Network configuring and troubleshooting
