Role & Responsibilities
◽Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
◽Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing online engagement and brand visibility.
◽Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and KPIs to optimize performance.
◽Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
◽Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
◽Assist with content creation for blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Qualifications
◽Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
◽Strong passion for social media platforms and familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
◽Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a creative mindset.
◽Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
◽Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform analytics) is a plus.
◽Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
◽Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications (not required, but nice to have)
◽Experience managing social media accounts or running campaigns.
◽Knowledge of SEO and how social media impacts online visibility.
