Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and release full-stack web applications rapidly, ensuring they meet product requirements and are user-friendly
• Feature Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with the team to plan and implement new features aligned with the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining the smooth functionality of the product
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient code that balances attention to detail with necessary abstraction for scalability and performance
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Director/CTO and team to ensure alignment with business goals, receiving support on daily and weekly tasks
• Accountability: Take ownership of assigned tasks, completing them in a way that moves the team closer to its objectives

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience with platforms like SvelteKit, Go with gRPC, Cloudflare Workers, and CockroachDB (similar to PostgreSQL) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular (as these are similar to SvelteKit)
• Experience working in a functional programming paradigm is preferred over extensive object-oriented programming backgrounds, such as enterprise Java
