Your role would be:

  • Carry out office administration tasks.
  • Help to manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Work with marketing, sales and partnership teams to help build lead lists.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.


To help you succeed in the role:


  • A people person - you care about people and vibing with different types of personalities comes easy for you.
  • You are tactful when handling different types of personalities and tricky situations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hiring different positions and for multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • You can work from our Colombo office.
  • Ability to deliver with high attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a high-paced international environment
