Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and refine AI-generated text prompts for various applications
- Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and content creators to align content with business and user objectives
- Monitor and evaluate prompt performance to identify areas for improvement
- Optimize AI prompt processes for better system performance
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, NLP, and machine learning
- Support teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices
- Generate and share performance reports and progress updates
Skills & attributes we expect you to have:
- Proven experience as a prompt engineer or in a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in programming languages and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- In-depth knowledge of AI content generation, machine learning, and NLP
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Relevant education or certifications in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP): (e.g., Coursera, Udacity, OpenAI)
- Strong analytical skills (problem-solving, creativity, research, presentation and communication) and impeccable attention to detail
