Hard Skills
- 5+ years building a variety of web applications
- Experience with React, webpack, and other modern web development toolchains
- Strong competency with the React framework on both greenfield and brownfield projects
- Writes tests early on and values decoupled, easily testable code
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of common web exploits and prevention methods
- Experience writing and reading RESTful APIs
- Experience communicating directly with customers to synthesize requirements
- Ability to work effectively with object-oriented code and functional programming styles
- Knowledge of distributed design patterns
- Experience as a QA
- Back-end experience in PHP, Python, C#/ESP.NET, or NodeJS
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fast learner
