We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Research Assistant to join a 2-year research grant
project. This is a permanent assignment with an exciting opportunity for academic advancement.
The research topic is “Impact of Artificial Intelligence, Green Innovation, and Sustainable
Marketing Techniques on the Business Performance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
in Sri Lanka.”
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, or any other relevant discipline.
o 3-year degree (SLQF 5) or
o 4-year degree (SLQF 6).
2. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Benefits:
• M.Phil Opportunity: The selected candidate will have the chance to pursue an M.Phil
during the research period at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, with course fees
covered by the grant.
• Monthly Remuneration:
o Rs. 50,000/- for candidates with a 4-year degree (SLQF 6).
o Rs. 40,000/- for candidates with a 3-year degree (SLQF 5).
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on research experience while pursuing an M.Phil
degree, with financial support and a competitive monthly stipend.
