Principal Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization’s Brain Center, ensuring optimal functioning and coordination across all sports departments
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance performance, analysis, and decision-making processes
- Lead a team of experts in sports data analytics, performance monitoring, and operations management
- Collaborate with coaches, sports directors, and executives to drive operational excellence and data-driven strategies
- Manage key projects that support the organization's long-term goals, including research, development, and implementation of new technologies
- Monitor and analyze sports performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in managing a high-performing operations or strategic center within a sports organization or related industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with sports data analytics, project management, and advanced technology tools is a plus
