Senior PHP Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior PHP Developer at Formix in Colombo. The Senior PHP Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, software development, and programming.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification with more than 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Deep experience in software development, data structures and databases.
• Object Oriented Programming in development of systems, applications and web services.
• Good knowledge of OO analysis and design principles, UML and software development life cycle.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on practice in MySQL, MSSQL and queries.
• Excellent knowledge in common PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Codeigniter etc.
• Good knowledge in PHP based CMS – Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal etc.
• Good knowledge of Flutter / React Native / Firebase. - Good knowledge in eCommerce such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce.
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving & interpersonal skills
