Senior Software Engineer

In this role you will:

• This role will serve as the ideal opportunity to take the lead and steer our Front end and Mobile app development initiatives
• Design and development of enterprise software solutions that comply with high standards of engineering rigor, performance, scalability, stability and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and guidelines.
• Adhere to continuous integration and continuous delivery of solutions.
• Ensure high code quality by following software engineering best practices and design principles.
• Working collaboratively in a cross functional team in an Agile delivery environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 5+ years of experience developing enterprise grade applications.
• Proven track record as a Front-End technologist with hands on in designing, developing and architecting complex Front-end applications.
• Exposure to development of enterprise level mobile applications using React Native or another cross-platform language is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in designing mission critical web/mobile apps considering security, disconnected operation, observability, crash reporting, remote assistance and payment integration is a distinct advantage.
• Designing and building CI/CD pipelines for web/mobile apps, expertise in relevant tooling is a distinct advantage.
• E x perience in translating and integrating design systems into reusable components.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Expertise in handling Google, Apple Appstore guidelines & compliance
• Familiarity with working in a Scrum Agile delivery environment.
• Full-stack experience with web-based technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/ES6, Node.js, React, Flux/Redux, RESTful APIs, Java, microservices is an added advantage.
