REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a UI/UX Design role.
- Diploma or equal professional qualifications in UI/UX Design or Computer Science. (Optional)
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Possess a strong design-thinking, inbound-marketing and growth-hacking mindset with a sound understanding of these methodologies.
- Sound knowledge of user-centred design concepts, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
- Exception knowledge and proficiency in professional UI design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma to create high-fidelity user interfaces and prototypes.
- Knowledge of AGILE-Sprints software development methodology.
- Ability to use project management software such as JIRA to structure and coordinate work.
- Clear apprehension of business processes, logic and objectives.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and excellent teamwork skills
- Exceptional presentation, documentation, written and verbal communication skills
