- Customize and maintain existing WordPress sites, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and user-friendly designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites and associated technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, WordPress updates, and best practices.
- Conduct website performance optimization and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress-based projects.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is a must.
- Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress coding standards and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools is a plus.
