Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and come up with technical software requirements specifications
- Manage the development lifecycle including resource management
- Define a detailed project plan and technical task break down.
- Manage, monitor and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.
- Identify project risks early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact.
- Regularly keep stakeholders updated about the project progress
- Manage changes efficiently, and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of changes
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and meet stakeholder expectations
- Act as customer to the internal teams while providing leadership, guidance and support. Manage multiple projects at a time
Expected Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- Previous Web/Mobile Software Development Background
- 1-2 years of project management experience preferably in agile teams..
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong business sense
- CSM or any project management certification would be an advantage
- Worked with global clients, worked on HR domain would be an advantage
- Senior Developers/Associate Leads who are willing to change the career path to Project Management are also encouraged to apply
