What We Are Looking For:
- Candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months as a UX Researcher and Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and UX design principles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar is a plus.
- Experience with B2B or B2C markets is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Updated on latest UX Trends and Research Techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and analysis.
- Assess industry standards, competitor experiences, and market trends to identify best practices
- Document and Translate research findings into design implications and actionable recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with Product teams to define product objectives and requirements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide product development.
- Conduct iterative testing and refinement of design concepts to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
