We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive impactful projects and business insights for our on-demand services company. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology, to support data-driven decisions that enhance our service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiencies. You will play a critical role in defining, analysing, and improving processes that contribute to the success and scalability of our services.
Key Responsibilities -
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Serve as the bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure clear and actionable requirements are met.
- Work with Product Managers to prioritise and plan product features and enhancements based on business needs.
- Contribute to product road maps by providing analytical insights and recommendations on feature improvements and service expansions.
Qualifications -
- Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Skills -
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
