Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in the IT sector. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to expand the company's client base.

· Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

· Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to design and implement effective sales strategies.

· Negotiations & Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiations, pricing, and closing deals.


Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years in business development or sales, ideally in the IT sector.


Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Hours:

Must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US-EST) / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM ( Srilanka time Zone)

Salary:

  • Open to discussion.
