We are looking for experienced and well-organized Customer Service Executives to provide necessary support to our service team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike.
The goal is to improving efficiency in our service department by proactively selling service contracts and assisting the admin team when necessary.
In this role, your goals will be to
- Achieve monthly and annual service sales targets for all serviceable items sold by the company
- Coordinate with service team by managing schedules, e-filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure that service contracts offered are accurate and best suited for the customer
- Respond to inquiries from customers and provide after-sales support when requested
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
What we look for
- Proven experience in customer service; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative/sales positions in the BPO industry
- Pursuing a degree/diploma in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is Mandatory
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work early morning shift (Commencing from 3am)
