What You’ll Do:

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns, setting measurable KPIs and achieving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and consistency in branding.

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Manage all social media platforms, creating tailored content calendars and engaging with online communities.
  • Develop high-quality creative assets, including visuals, videos, and copy for campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure innovative content and strategies.

SEO & Website Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and improve site rankings.
  • Monitor website performance, recommend improvements, and enhance user experience.

Email Marketing & CRM Management:

  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns, from newsletters to promotional offers.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and drive conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Present actionable insights through detailed reporting to inform and optimize strategies.

Branding & Customer Engagement:

  • Support branding and rebranding initiatives, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through timely responses and online community management.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in SEO, social media advertising, and digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
