This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive at International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) located in Wattala. As the HR Executive – Payroll & Systems, you will manage payroll processing, ensure accurate system updates, calculate no-pay deductions, and coordinate EPF/ETF contributions. Responsibilities include maintaining system accuracy, preparing payroll reports, managing upgrades, and supporting HR operations with timely, confidential, and efficient service.

- Manage the payroll process accurately and on time.
- Transition and maintain HR records in a system-based payroll platform.
- Ensure timely updates and changes to employee records in the HR system.
- Calculate no-pay and send weekly no-pay emails to staff.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and reconciling payments.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process EPF/ETF contributions.
- Oversee system upgrades and data accuracy within HR platforms.
- Support in generating HR reports for management.
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR systems.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office tools (Excel is a must).
