Key Responsibilities:
Actively contributing by specializing in problem analysis, process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and solution validation.
Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements using advanced elicitation and analysis techniques.
Formulate Solution Proposals, White Papers, and essential technical artefacts, including SRS, SDD, RTM, etc.
Collaborate closely with technology and business teams to develop the Product Roadmap.
Analyze industry trends, conduct gap analysis, and contribute to future product evolution.
Conduct client presentations, user training, and product demonstrations.
Respond to EOI, RFI, RFP, and RFO requests.
Requirements and competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of business analysis processes, methodologies, and techniques.
Exceptional organizational, PR, and multitasking skills with a self-driven attitude.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong interest in Electronic Payments and Information Systems Security, leading to a Product Specialist role.
Previous experience in banking and financial services or related fields is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as IIBA CCBA/CBAP are highly preferred.
