Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and distributing welcome notices to new employees.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation (e.g., EPF/PPF, ABH forms) in accordance with company policies.
- Create and update employee profiles in the HR system, ensuring accurate tracking of documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on the timely submission of required forms and documents.
- Collaborate with Business Partners (BPs) and employees to ensure compliance with document submission deadlines.
- Support the distribution of company IDs to employees.
- Assist in the administration of aptitude tests and other employee assessments.
- Upload payroll-related forms and provide general support for various HR operations and tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for efficient task execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining focus on deadlines.
