Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and distributing welcome notices to new employees.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation (e.g., EPF/PPF, ABH forms) in accordance with company policies.
  • Create and update employee profiles in the HR system, ensuring accurate tracking of documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on the timely submission of required forms and documents.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners (BPs) and employees to ensure compliance with document submission deadlines.
  • Support the distribution of company IDs to employees.
  • Assist in the administration of aptitude tests and other employee assessments.
  • Upload payroll-related forms and provide general support for various HR operations and tasks.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for efficient task execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining focus on deadlines.
