Role Overview: As an HR Intern at Digiratina Technology Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with various human resources functions, contributing to a smooth and efficient employee experience. Key Responsibilities as HR Intern:

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain HR documentation.

Maintain employee records and databases accurately and efficiently.

Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.


Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information

Familiarity with creating flyers and handling social media is an added advantage.
