Key Responsibilities:
1. UI Design:
- Work alongside the design team to create visually engaging user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
- Design and refine various UI elements, such as icons, buttons, navigation bars, and interactive components.
- Assist in developing style guides and design systems to ensure design consistency across projects.
2. UX Design:
- Participate in user research to gather insights on user needs, behavior, and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and make necessary design adjustments.
3. Design Software and Tools:
- Build proficiency in design software, including Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or other standard industry tools.
- Collaborate with team members to apply best design practices and techniques.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure design concepts align with project objectives.
- Present and articulate design ideas, rationales, and solutions effectively to team members.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong enthusiasm for UI/UX design with a keen desire to learn and enhance skills.
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
