- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or in a similar role minimum 2 years
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, Networks, and Hardware
- Experience with troubleshooting and technical support
- PC maintenance skills, Firewall handling skills, and Workgroup handling skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
