What Will You Do?
• Manage the testing lifecycle for all applications in scope, ensuring both functional and non functional requirements are met.
• Provide comprehensive test plans and test cases for small to medium-scale projects.
• Facilitate defect triages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quick and efficient resolution.
• Define and manage quality gates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide detailed daily and weekly status reports with testing metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure quality at all stages of development.
What Qualifications Must You Have?
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at 1- 2 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in managing the complete testing lifecycle and providing relevant reporting and defect management.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile practices, as well as API testing and continuous testing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Client orientation and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in test automation with any framework will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in English (oral and written communication).
