We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect and build our core CRM platform. You'll be instrumental in creating a high-performance system that handles millions of customer interactions
What You'll Do
* Build and optimize our React-based frontend for lightning-fast performance
* Develop robust backend services using C# .NET Core
* Design and implement efficient data pipelines and storage solutions

Required Skills
* 6+ years of professional software development experience
* Strong expertise in React/Next.js and modern JavaScript
* Proficient in C# and .NET Core
* Deep understanding of SQL Server and data optimization
* Experience with high-performance, real-time applications
* Solid background in building secure, enterprise-grade solutions
Ideal Candidates Have
* Insurance industry experience
* Experience with SignalR or real-time communications
* Knowledge of Redis caching
