Your Role:
- Design, build, and deploy ML models using Google Cloud to tackle business challenges.
- Develop machine learning systems, run experiments, and fine-tune models for optimal performance.
- Work with agile teams, contributing ideas to enhance usability, efficiency, and innovation.
- Participate in research on AI/ML advancements and engineering efforts to solve complex, real-world problems.
Skills We Value:
- Strong Python (3.8+) with experience in frameworks like FastAPI/Flask.
- Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
- Familiarity with NLP and Transformer-Based Models, including LLMs and RAG solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/pgSQL, and database technologies like PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform).
- Understanding of statistical concepts and data architecture with a focus on infrastructure-as-code.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4-5 years in AI/ML, Natural Language Processing, or Deep Learning.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
