Social Media Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Elukids located in Puttalam. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, communication with the target audience, developing content strategies, social media optimization (SMO), and writing engaging content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement our social media strategy
• Enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across all platforms
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our marketing objectives
• Create curate and manage published content (images, video, written)
• Monitor respond to and engage with our audience across social media platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach
• Stay up-to-date with marketing and global industry trends and emerging social media platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Sinhala/Tamil)
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
• Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Working on-site in Eluwankulam (Puttalam)
