Key Requirements:
- Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Copywriting and content creation skills are a plus.
- Computer literacy and presentation skills.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English and Sinhala).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of social media marketing strategies to meet client goals.
- Help research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to keep clients competitive in their markets.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content for each client across platforms.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop eye-catching and on-brand visuals for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages/comments, and engage with followers to foster a strong community.
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing social media campaigns.
- Track and manage performance metrics to ensure campaigns are on target.
- Assist with the creation and management of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Help optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ensure budgets are adhered to.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) across all social media platforms.
- Prepare detailed reports with insights, recommendations, and performance tracking to optimize future strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in client meetings, team brainstorming sessions, and regular internal meetings.
