With an interest in expanding our team, the company is seeking the services of a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Copywriting and content creation skills are a plus.
  • Computer literacy and presentation skills.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English and Sinhala).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of social media marketing strategies to meet client goals.
  • Help research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to keep clients competitive in their markets.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content for each client across platforms.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop eye-catching and on-brand visuals for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages/comments, and engage with followers to foster a strong community.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing social media campaigns.
  • Track and manage performance metrics to ensure campaigns are on target.
  • Assist with the creation and management of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Help optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ensure budgets are adhered to.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) across all social media platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports with insights, recommendations, and performance tracking to optimize future strategies.
  • Attend and actively participate in client meetings, team brainstorming sessions, and regular internal meetings.
