Kinetic IT are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer on one of our high profile customer accounts supporting community critical services. This role sits within the Infrastructure team delivering pivotal support within an environment supporting around 200 servers.
Working within a team of engineers, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your wintel skills within a technically savvy infrastructure team delivering operational services supporting WA.
This current environment the account supports includes:
- Azure
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- vSphere
- Dell hardware
- Logic Monitor
Previous background to include:
- Strong technical expertise in one or more Infrastructure areas
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-quality solutions across various IT environments
- Experience with system administration, network management, and security protocols
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualisation technologies, and modern IT infrastructures
- Familiarity with ITIL and IT support best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
