As a Tech Lead, you will oversee development projects, mentor a team of developers, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Identify and address technical challenges and risks within projects.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and improve system performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, integrating them into projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
