Requirements
- Minimum qualification - Diploma or HND in IT Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a mandatory
- Minimum 6months work experience in a similar capacity
- Experience on troubleshooting basic network related issues
- Good understanding in routing and switching
- Experience on installing & troubleshooting end user applications on end user operating systems (Windows & Mac OS)
- Good knowledge of Linux & Windows Server Technologies
- Hands on experience of handling Linux & Windows Server technologies will be a highly advantage
- Basic knowledge or experience on VOIP Technologies & IP-PBX Systems will be a highly advantage.
- Must be Willing to work according to a roaster
