TechGates is looking for energetic, responsible and willing to self-learn individuals to join with customer support team.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification - Diploma or HND in IT
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a mandatory
  • Minimum 6months work experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience on troubleshooting basic network related issues
  • Good understanding in routing and switching
  • Experience on installing & troubleshooting end user applications on end user operating systems (Windows & Mac OS)
  • Good knowledge of Linux & Windows Server Technologies
  • Hands on experience of handling Linux & Windows Server technologies will be a highly advantage
  • Basic knowledge or experience on VOIP Technologies & IP-PBX Systems will be a highly advantage.
  • Must be Willing to work according to a roaster
