We are on the look-out for an experienced TechOps engineer to join our growing team.


Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot production issues in real-time, ensuring minimal user impact.

- Perform root cause analyses and implement solutions to prevent issue recurrence.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to resolve underlying issues.

- Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems for system health and bottleneck identification.

- Lead incident management and response efforts, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

- Maintain platform security and compliance standards.

- Define and track KPIs like system uptime and incident resolution effectiveness.

- Mentor and manage a growing team of TechOps engineers.


Qualifications

- 1- 2 years of experience in TechOps / DevOps, or technical support roles.

- Proven experience troubleshooting production issues in mission-critical environments.

- Expertise in cloud infrastructure ( AWS, Google Cloud, Azure ) and containerization tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools ( e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog ).

- Strong understanding of system security, networking, and compliance standards.

- Proficiency in scripting languages ( Python, Bash, PowerShell ) for automation.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.

  • - Experience with fintech or web3 platforms is a plus
