Responsibilities:

- Encourage critical thinking and creativity within the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
