Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer with strong UI/UX and Quality Assurance (QA) skills to create visually stunning and user-friendly websites. This role focuses on designing exceptional web experiences, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, and collaborating with teams to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX design, modern web trends, and the ability to identify and fix issues during QA testing.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites that enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to plan and communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and apply feedback to improve usability and accessibility.
- Maintain design consistency through style guides and design systems.
Website Design:
- Build responsive websites using tools like Figma, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Collaborate with developers to turn designs into functional websites.
- Keep website designs fresh by updating layouts and content as needed.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Test websites to identify and resolve design or functionality issues across devices and browsers. ClickUp
- Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and improve website performance.
- Ensure websites perform well, load quickly, and provide a seamless user experience.
Collaboration & Creativity:
- Work closely with the Marketing Head and team members to develop creative solutions.
- Use storyboards and moodboards to present ideas clearly.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep websites innovative and engaging.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ensure all designs and updates meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in web design and UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. ClickUp
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
