Digital Marketing Specialist

Infinitix IT Solutions is a fast-paced IT company specializing in software development, website development, and digital marketing. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is organized, proactive, and experienced to join our growing team.

Important Note: At Infinitix IT Solutions, we move fast and expect the same from our team. This role requires someone who can take charge, work independently, and deliver results without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to identify specific details for monthly social media activities and campaigns.
• Prepare a comprehensive monthly content plan and obtain client approval.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to develop creative and engaging artwork based on the approved content plan.
• Share artworks with clients for feedback and approval before posting.
• Schedule and publish posts across major platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Take initiatives to enhance the reach of posts without paid campaigns, including joining new community groups for increased brand visibility.
• Design and execute campaigns (both paid and unpaid) to grow page followers and audience engagement.
• Maintain and update annual event calendars to ensure timely posts for occasions like Christmas, New Year, and other client-specific events.
• Monitor social media performance and progress, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Generate detailed monthly progress reports for each client and share them promptly.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding digital marketing and provide effective solutions.
