Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full-stack Developer / Intern at Ravana Industries in Colombo. Responsibilities include back-end web development, front-end development, software development, and utilizing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new applications and front-end features while optimizing back-end performance.
- Automate systems and ensure smooth operations.
- Quickly resolve urgent bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects, providing updates and discussing improvements.
- Address critical issues to maintain system stability.
- Work on integrating new products and testing advanced eCommerce features such as payment gateways and search functionalities.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with mandatory Shopify expertise.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), with a strong grasp of responsive design principles.
- Expertise in server-side programming languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
- Exceptional debugging skills and the ability to fix bugs or performance bottlenecks efficiently.
