Job Responsibilities
- Provide day to day production application support.
- Analyse error/bug report or inquiry from client, find the root cause, and provide workaround plan.
- Perform system testing.
- Support project go-live activities, including production verification testing.
- Support external application & data interfaces from various data providers and our partners.
- Responsible in daily application support/bug management.
- Communicate effectively between the requester and internal team on escalated issues.
- Perform the testing based on various test plan, create test documentation.
- Willing to work on 24x7 roster and on-call.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent IT field.
- Understanding on virtualisation, cloud computing (VMware, AWS), CI/CD tools, Linux.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, root cause analysis, and experience applying these skills to resolve issues.
- Understanding troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
