The Job
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to finalize the scope of the project to ensure alignment to the user experience objective
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs and pain point
- Create design artifacts such as personas and customer journey maps to illustrate the context of us
- Design the information architecture/navigation to support the best user experience
- Proficiency in Figma to create visual designs aligned with user research insights, analytical insights and design system
- Conduct usability testing of product/services with users and analyses results to identify usability gap
- Perform user experience reviews of products and services using heuristic evaluation and usability check lists in order to identify usability issue
The Person
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT specializing UI & UX
- Strong interest in Graphic Designs, Computer science and Multimedia
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
