Key Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing user research activities, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Create User Personas: Develop and refine user personas based on research insights to help inform design decisions and prioritize features.
- Usability Testing: Help organize and conduct usability testing to evaluate new features and the effectiveness of the app's user flows, gathering feedback and making actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, and engineers to ensure research findings are translated into user-friendly designs and product decisions.
- Analyze Data: Compile and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, transforming findings into meaningful insights and reports for the team.
- Prototyping Support: Collaborate on creating low-fidelity wireframes or interactive prototypes to visualize user journeys and gather early-stage feedback.
- Multi-language Focus: Ensure that design research considers the requirements of multi-language support, focusing on both right-to-left and left-to-right text.
- Accessibility: Support research initiatives to ensure the app adheres to accessibility best practices and is usable by diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and experience in conducting interviews or surveys.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), and prototyping tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify design details that can enhance the overall user experience.
- Interest in financial products, BNPL, or fintech solutions and a desire to improve user experiences in this domain.
