Aventure is a dynamic software development company specializing in innovative enterprise solutions and applications tailored for the demands of modern businesses. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer to join our team for a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and insights.
• Analyze User Experience design requirements based on client specifications.
• Lead the internal team of Junior UI/UX designers.
• Create high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Performing user research and optimizing user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for their integration into the design process.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in using design technologies and software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced understanding of design principles, color theories, typography, reusable components, spacing, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A collaborative, independent, and self-motivated mindset with the flexibility to work to tight deadlines.
